The term of our Contract (“Term”) shall be deemed to have commenced as of the Effective Date and shall terminate upon Developer’s final delivery of the Deliverables as set forth herein. Client may terminate this Contract prior to the expiration of the Term by delivering 30 days written notice to Developer. In the event of such termination other than as a result of Developer’s breach of this Contract, Developer shall be compensated on a prorated basis for the Deliverables delivered to Client prior to the date of termination. In the event any termination notice is delivered hereunder, Developer shall either immediately or upon such other date as is specified in the termination notice deliver to Client copies of all plans, schedules and all other written material prepared by or for Client as part of the Deliverables.

Developer may cancel project if it is delayed for longer than thirty days, or Client becomes non-responsive to communications in excess of thirty days. All deposits and funds paid to Developer are non-refundable.
